I received this book as a prize during one of the workshops. I was a fan of Dale Carnegie content, however this book sounded a little old school for this era. However old is gold and some principles stand true through generations.

Though this book serves like a reference guide to the original " the Power of NOW", I found it quite sufficient and fulfilling. A small booklet, raising your presence of consciousness. Worth a read.

This book is good for a beginner meditator. It definitely created interest in me for meditation. However the language and content are more like a car manual. It misses out the essence of feel and hence sounds very mechanical in words.

Only reason for me to read this book was it's title being so urging in my current life situation to cut down on my calories. Though the book describes the metrics and causes of iver eating, there is very little content to overcome this mindlessness of over eating.

The title is definitely a misnomer. I did not find this book rude at all. Quite interesting read. Though the flow and connection and between topics is a little abrupt, the book touches upon good topics as a reality check. No matter how wise you have been in life so far, I would still recommend reading this book once.

Good book. Was much impressed with its quick view. But the author is too boring in explaining the concepts. Felt like all of the principles taught in the book were known from the lessons taught by Mom during childhood. Good content though , acted like a refresher to mom's life lessons. Could have been crisp and interesting.

Liked the book. Much aligned to my thoughts about life. Worth reading.

A book that gives you a clear perspective to look at life. Acknowledge what life is, what will be and will not be. Loved the book.🧡
