Occasionally great ideas and stories. Author sometimes fails with pacing. Other than healthcare related stories and ideas, the book unintelligently fails to add value to similar literature where same stories have been told in lot more detail

Great details in the book showing benefits and drawbacks of the community and extended family life. I breezed through the book, it was so engaging. I hope to read the sequel soon
