Previous expansion was extremely serious business and this one is a lot more light hearted. I just finished the MSQ and I absolutely adored all the new characters and I love the extra backstory we were given on existing characters. I love the new zones and the music that comes along with them.

The characters feel actually real. Love the diversity of the cast. Mom and Dad are the best, honestly. It's nice to have representation of disabled, lgbt, and minorities, like what exists in the real world. I also love giving new concepts to already existing characters. It's a breath of fresh air to see them in a new environment. As someone who is tired of the same "decepticons evil autobots good", this is a joy to watch.
