Coming from a 13 year old who has grown up watching movies with real high quality and special effects, this movie was great. I originally stayed away from old movies, (such as alien), as I thought they would be terrible, but after going to the shops and finding it 75% off, I purchased it. It most definitely did not disappoint. The movie actually surprised me quite a bit. The Aliens, (also known as Xenomorphs), were extremely detailed, and looked far ahead of their time. The storyline itself was just incredible, and in depth throughout the whole series. This movie actually inspired me to start a collection of old horror movies. I have started to collect all the major franchises, such as Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street, predator, and Child’s play. I would love to collect the Halloween collection, as I very much enjoyed the 2018 version, but I cannot find any available near me :(. I am most definitely not ordering off some sketchy website. Although these sorts of movies have poorer sound quality and graphics compared to movies nowadays, they are still amazing. It just makes you appreciate how far movies have come. I would highly recommend this movie series to horror lovers if they have not already seen it. It is the perfect blend of both horror and sci-fi. * Please keep in mind that this film is for mature audiences only* (Most would stick away from the AVP series, which features two major horror icons- alien and predator, and Alien Convenant). The rest of the movies are wonderful, and definitely worth the price.
