A deconstruction of what is a true pivotal point in music production. Roger seems like he has something to prove, but the narratives are unnecessary...it fact, they come off as self indulgent. Not a surprise given the narcissistic nature of Roger Waters. I'm surmising that he is trying to identify outside the sphere of Pink Floyd and perhaps trying to create something that people will identify with him and not the greater sum of the parts. Lackluster attempt that will not generate new fans and won't excite the legions of Floyd fans that revere the original. A failure.
