I am using intermittent fasting to drop the COVID kilos I packed on. I like to break my fast with a cup of the Dr. K's French Onion broth with a sploosh of Spicy V8 and a dollop of sour cream to create a savory kind of tomato bisque flavor. It's delicious and helps me wait another hour before having a meal. The protein and collagen (I also add a scoop of Dr. K's Collagen) can't hurt either!
