Someone please tell me...I just watched the unsubbed 40th episode and that doesn’t look like the last episode to me. At the end, it looked like a preview to another episode SPOILER ALERT>>>>>>>>Ling Xiao’s mother being a witch with another woman (don’t know who) being witchy to JianJian innJianJian’s apartment. They had been standing near LingXiao’s apartment with her having called LingXiao while he was working asking/demanding the passcode to his apartment and poor JianJian shows up and becomes like a person gunned down by a car in the crosswalk. It’s on the edge of your seat awful for her. Was it his mom’s initial intention to go into LingXiao’s place and steal his ID and resident papers to hold him hostage again?? Then they’re gone and JianJian who’d basically held it together crying afterwards while lying on the sofa. Then she hears something, sits up, wipes her tears, and turns to face the person who just came in...Ling Xiao had come running in...then JianJian asks him why he came back so suddenly. Sorry to be all over the place; but honestly my mind is like a watch who’s gears and insides sprung out all of a sudden...🤯🤯🤯🤯
