Lazy writing and virtue signaling delivers a flat and boring adaptation of a beloved literary work. The book series while not perfect was a truly original and progressive piece of work that didn’t deserve this treatment. The number of nonsensical changes, numerous contradictions and plot holes leave this series devoid of any measure of good story telling.
