I don't prefer calling it Narcos 4 as it's a reboot , and stats events that were before the Colombian bubble ..
This season is not hooking and fast paced from the beginning like the three previous seasons but it takes more time settling the caracters background and the rise of the cartel .. so if you make it past the first 3 episodes .. you'll enjoy some more thrilling episodes like the good old Narcos Colombia
