The movie promises something that never happens. There is a massive lead in and it just leaves you wanting anything to be afraid of. I don’t get the point of this film. It was supposed to be one of the scariest movies ever but I very much think not. I expected it to be like Hereditary with a big terrifying climax. I wish I hadn’t rented it. It was a waste of money. The main thing in any film is we have to care about the characters but that above all never happened.

So lame and very confusing. I feel like I definitely wasted my money.

I walked out of this film. To start it off with a gay hate crime I found in poor taste. Where was the connection to the rest of the film? Gay men in particular have been through enough the last thing we need is to be singled out for a cheap scare. I think the film was poorly done.
