What an amazing new take on the legendary The Color Purple. It felt like a really good blend of the orginal movie, the book and the musical. This movie will touch you on so many emotional levels from sadness to laughter. And the singing was incredible!! Absolutely loved Tarji, Danielle, Coleman but Fantasia KILLED IT!! Outside of her beyond amazing voice, the way she embodied the emotional growth of Celie was incredible... well done!! This is definitely a new classic!

What an amazing family business drama! We need more seasons of this show asap!!
