I am astonished by some of the negative reviews which clearly have NO idea what goes on behind the scenes in government or the rail industry and will probably never find out.
Ok there are some bits which are fictional such as where a freight train crossing the track at ninety degree would destroy a passenger train at speed, but there are flat rail crossings on the high speed network, so dont talk without knowledge. It could happen.
Some of the routing and speeds are somewhat fictional too, and cutting the overhead power would not work on a bi-mode train but that is irrelevant to the programme.
Clearly most of the negative reviwers would rather watch endless epidodes of mindless East Enders
