They ripped me off by taking two large payments — one from a cancelled credit card — and have completely ignored every attempt I’ve made to contact them. I cancelled my subscription, yet they kept charging me without permission. The customer service is non-existent, and the way they handle billing is dishonest and unacceptable. This feels like a scam.
