My husband & I were excited to watch it. The first 20 minutes were pretty funny and then it was all downhill. Just really bad humor, boring and not funny at all. So disappointed.

We love Svengoolie! Not only for the classic monster/horror movies but also for the not-so-famous and sometimes forgotten films and the background stories of the actors. Seeing stars early and late in their careers and hearing back stories is riveting. The corny jokes, the fan letters and home made artwork, the rubber chickens…where can you find this intelligent kitsch mixed with eye rolling self deprecating corniness?? We love it!
