Up there with Red Dead 2 and Dying light for best open world games imo, despite the first being panned as a star wars soulslite this feels like it's developed the combat and platforming very much into its unique formula. Boy does it work! After completing the entire game in a few days (30ish hours) I'm having a blast on NG+ on Jedi Master difficulty - this game encapsulates the feeling of being very vulnerable but powerful, putting high stakes onto each encounter and making you feel like.. Well a jedi when you pull it off. I'd encourage a run-through on normal difficulty to get the gist of all the stances and attack patterns then crank it up for a heart pounding expeerience
Played through on series X, experienced a few frame drops and one out of map clip but the game is generous with saves and features a restore on falldeath to your last position with only a small health penalty rather than costing you minutes of traversal time as is often ired of the dark souls series and similar games
