I recently watched an episode of Shark Tank India featuring a CONFECT Sugar paste product. I believe the Sharks missed an essential step by not asking for a detailed ingredient list. Many of the ingredients in her products are neither gut-friendly nor safe for consumption . As a baker, I’ve come across numerous negative reviews about this product in various baking groups, which raises further concerns about its quality. I have personally used many products for my cakes hence the review. Additionally, I feel the Sharks should have conducted more thorough research before endorsing the product. Lastly, it was disappointing to see the entrepreneur criticize other Sharks on camera—it felt unprofessional and unnecessary. I forgot major point which was a highlight of the speech "she closed India operations n only focus on USA n Europe now, n she took funding on a condition to focus on India, seriously 🤣. Looks like it was a paid promotion on Shark Tank India
