The story was a bit slow to get through—at times, I feel the author rushed a bit through…the character developments were good, the world building was clear and easy to follow but the relationship between the Tana and Gavirel was weak and all of sudden, they loved each other. Not enough dialogue/banter between them makes it believable. If she had done a series on them, it would have been developed better.
