The Witcher Season 4 is painful to watch. The magic, the grit, the emotional depth — everything that made this show great vanished the moment Henry Cavill left. His replacement doesn’t capture Geralt’s essence at all. It feels like watching a bad fan-made version of a once-beloved series. The writing is messy, the pacing drags, and the characters feel hollow. Even the world-building — once rich and immersive — now feels cheap and uninspired. The dialogues are cringe-worthy, and the action scenes lack any weight or excitement. You can clearly feel the drop in passion and quality. Cavill carried this show with his dedication to the lore and his intensity as Geralt. Without him, there’s nothing left but an empty shell wearing The Witcher’s name.
