They tell you closed for construction see you in a month then last min the day of your appointment cancel on you. Canceling last minute seems to be a theme. They canceled on us for our very first appointment just hours before too. Then this last one (after the month long wait) we have to wait 2 more weeks just to arrive and wait to never be taken back, this time NO WARNING about a cancelation. After 5 attempts to reach them to figure out why we are encroaching on our therapy time with no therapist... while we wait and watch others go back..... we get a "hey the office was supposed to reach out yesterday" text. It's now 2 business days and a whole weekend later and no one has returned our calls. I have emailed too. This is NOT the place you want to go to if you plan to get help. If you plan to waste time and money on babysitting and schedule rearranging, by all means try it out they seemed nice, they just can't figure out scheduling.
