Amazing childhood game. I wasn't easily scared when I was kid and was quite intrigued by Wik's mystical aesthetic. My dad bought it and I fooled around with the controls. It's really wonderful how this game was able to be made the way it is, due to its ancient development date. The physics, the graphics, the CONTROL. It was really astounding. I thought it was peak game design back then. It started my interest in speedrunning and also got me into quirky platformer games such as Wik. But, there is really no game like Wik. Wik and the Fable of Souls is truly one of a kind. It was, and is, a really fantastic experience.
