Lacks fundamental understanding of the history of the disaster of La Carolina, particularly the true impact it had on contemporary French colonial aspirations and furthermore its relevance (or should I say lack thereof) regarding the impact of the failed venture on modern society, specifically as it pertains to race.. another trite doctoral thesis desperately attempting to rewrite history from the modern extremist liberal perspective; straining to create historical correlations to the modern era where there are none... and let's not forget just plain-old racist!
