Melissa was so unbearable to watch. I can't help but to roll my eyes every time she speaks. Juan is great, but I think as a chocolate show, Daniel should've won overall. Juan owed him that win in the final and the chameleon win! I find it strange that the show is called "school of chocolate" yet big chunk of the show is about pastry.

I love the show! I think its fun & light-hearted. Only critique is probably the casting of Maya-Camille... She just seems out of place & I think best recasted if they ever do season 2. I'm sure she's amazing at the flavor department, but in terms of creativity, technique, & skill, its obvious that she's not on par with the other 3. I find that not fitting for the show... as for someone's big day, you don't only expect good flavor, but also something that would wow you aesthetically. Maya's creations are something I'd expect from an amateur home baker.
