I found this film entertaining and realistic. The protagonist’s medical condition is explained and established in a plausible manner. True, in real life the injuries he suffers would most likely lead to amputation and/or permanent loss of mobility. That said, it is also established at the start of the movie that his condition is life limiting anyway so why not go for it. John Wick for accountants.
