My sister and I were extremely disappointed when we went to see the new movie The color purple her and I were extremely disappointed in the portrayal of the movie it was way too much singing and they deferred way too far from the original storyline I do not recommend this movie to anyone for she flew all the way from Colorado to Houston to watch this movie with me and it was a very disappointing not happy with Oprah Winfrey and the other producers and directors of of the film do not see this movie it is a waste of your money and your time
