We return to Waking Ned Devine for the best laughs in a movie ever. The heavy accent may hinder some from the thrill of it all, but there are a few scenes that make me laugh when I even think of them. Small town with quirky characters and a ploy to keep money the village should have had (well, one villager…) make a great tale.
