Fandango will gladly steal your money. I bought 2 tickets and when I got to the theater, it was shut down because the building had lost power due to storm damage. The theater said I had to get my refund from fandango since that's where I bought the tickets from. So I called fandango and they said they would send my refund request to corporate to be investigated. A day later I get an email saying my request is denied because they don't allow refunds after the time the movie was supposed to be shown. I called fandango again and the representative told me that their only responsibility is to sell tickets and that it's not their fault that the theater was shutdown. I asked to talk to a higher up and she randomly threw me to another worker who just read from a script that my issue was going to be sent to corporate for investigation. I haven't heard anything else from them and I guarantee that if I call again I will get the same response about sending my issue to corporate. I will never again give Fandango another dollar and I highly encourage everyone to do the same. Their only purpose is to take the money and run.
