I loved this documentary my mom watched it too im 15 and have been listening to peep since i was 13 i know im late because i was unaware until a few days ago that this existed but i loved it i always felt terrible that such a life changing person had passed due to this cruel world my mother though that most of his friends never cared about them but i could really relate to Gus’s life because my mother cheated on my dad (so the other way around) and its been hard for me getting used to my mom’s boyfriend and i haven’t talked to her much anymore and spend more time with my dad and step mom thinking of my step mom as the female figure I have and i relate to so many things Gus went threw and I feel terrible about how he died he had so much potential and never deserved what happened this movie was so well put together the ending gave me shivers and some parts having the original songs instead of the songs that where put into the albums like walk away as the door slams from hellboy played at the end where he was walking to what i assumed his house or a friend’s or grandpa’s the part where it ends with “walk away as the door slams” and he shuts the door just is amazing and i don’t know why but it has stuck with me like it had a deep meaning like yes i may not be hear in person but still live your dreams and i love you all.
