PLEASE AVOID THIS AIRLINE IF POSSIBLE!
I did have flight from Las Vegas to Chicago at 6 a.m. in the morning
HOWEVER, the queue was so long even though it is a domestic flight.
I’ve arrived there 2 hours prior to the flight.
I did all of the bag tags for dropping my baggages.
I WAS WAITING WITH THE LINE WITH OTHERS WHO HAVE FLIGHT AT 5.30 :)
We were waiting there for 30 mins or 45 mins and nobody responded really nice.
THEY ARE RUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I was still in the line at 5.30 a.m. while my boarder door will be closed at 5.45 a.m.
The manager told me to go on the counter next on my lane, but the person behind it REJECTED ME ! She said, “Sorry I can’t take yours because I’m closed”
But in 3 mins, she was taking another client to drop her baggages.
Okay, then I just went to the next counter which was still empty, she literally asked me to go in the line from the back line AGAIN!
WHY AM I SUPPOSED TO GO BACK WHEN YOU SHOULD HAVE ONLY ONE LANE IN QUEUE.
Many people are cutting the lines of ppl who have been waiting there for so long.
It is really unfair.
I do understand if this is your first time to have 9-10 FLIGHTS AT THE SAME TIME WITH DIFFERENT DESTINATIONS :)

You disappointed many people who bought the tickets and ruined the plans.
Please be more respectful with your clients when they are in a hurry, not telling them to back off and giving a tantrum like baby Due to business condition.
I beg your company to give training for the person at the kiosk for having nice and better customer service when your CLIENTS are panicking and having anxiety at the same time.
