This show did not hold back on their storylines and confronted headfirst so many of the issues are children deal with daily. Although at times uncomfortable for the viewers each storyline was portrayed with raw and real emotions. My hat is iff to the writers directors producers but mostly to the actors who played these characters it couldn't have been easy...I would recommend that every child over the age of 13 watch this series with a trusted adult. It will let them know that whatever they are experiencing 1. That they are not alone 2. That there is help out there 3. That talking about these issues is critical and 4 most importantly that this will not last forever.
