Mignon Gainey

I've called 3 or 4 times. I'm disabled homeless and recently lost medicaid so no more oxygen. Call here, day after day of wasted days on end for assistance to either be sent somewhere else or disconnected phone lines something went wrong on web site. Blah blah blah. No help available. I'm not sure who gets funds they keep mentioning are available but not the needy. Shame on our country. Pathetic..left to die Thanks for absolutely ZERO Mignon c gainey
