Best line left out -“ If you are from Africa, why are you white” I am from Africa and I am white and that sentence has been apart of my life since the very first movie ! U can’t remake the movie without it. Not to mention the scene where they slow walk down the school hallway when Katie transitions from dorky to hottie. There was no definitive scene to highlight her transformation. We all love a good makeover ! Songs were just wayyy too much and trying way too hard. Most of the cast are horrible. Don’t come near the original. U just can’t take an epic movie that made history. And remake it unless the cast is the best of the best. And what was with the jingle bell dance scene :( so disappointing
