Massively disappointing. The final episode reveal completely undermines the entire drama, and contradicts the unpleasant character traits of Blanchett’s Catherine we’ve seen throughout. Plus the final image we see in the photograph is simply not believable! Characters have been studying those pics throughout the drama, and yet no-one has noticed that?? Come on! A very disappointing ending.

What a load of old nonsense. It’s a good idea, and Pattinson is excellent, and the first half an hour bodes well…. But then it just gets silly, with laughable alien creatures which look like a mishap between a wood louse and an elephant… and Mark Ruffolo doing his now expected performance, going totally over the top. And, like most films these days, it’s too long. Twenty minutes cut out would have improved it. Slightly.
