Just finished reading the book, and I highly recommend it for anyone who is walking this unwanted journey. As a nurse, and caregiver to my mother who died of Alzheimer's, I could relate to the family dynamics, questioning our own decisions regarding care, and the exhaustion of trying to work, care for my own family, and help to care for my mother. I cried and shook my head in understanding many times. Thank you Dr. Jauhar!
