Great filming and story line. Reminded me of the 80's.

Movie shows a realistic picture of the aging process and the need to let go of the past. Very hard to watch if you are in that same age bracket. Being at peace with oneself doesn't mean sorrow for lost relationships or bouts of loneliness. The scene when Swankie told Fern she only had a few months to live and than showing her cleaning out her trailer of all the stuff she carted around but didn't use was powerful although gut wrenching. The truth in this movie was unbarred and came out unfiltered. You can't take it with you so there is no better time then now to clean house. I rented this movie on youtube and will see it five times before it expires.
