If there's anything that this movie makes you aware of, it's that a star studded cast does not guarantee a great movie. The plot of the movie seems like an endless stream of comic relief without any definite plot. The movie is also weighed down by the huge number of cameos and its need to satisfy sponsors in the most inorganic advertisement for poundo potato. The character of Yetunde is also very inconsistent acting a fool where she should present a more sophisticated front and then acting the opposite where her otherwise ridiculous idiosyncrasies would be tolerated.

It’s a lovely divergence from the marvel formula. It’s experimental and very heavily layered with plenty of Easter eggs. It’s not trying to explain itself and it’s not dumping exposition every minute on you. It invites you in to stay and try to unravel the mystery. It’s also very committed to the portrayals of the different eras of television that it’s going through. If all you’re interested in is huge action scenes and superhero fights, then this series is not for you. WandaVision is amazing in its own beautiful way.

The premise of the show is great but I find Abigail's character so unbelievable when she starts to talk about how much she wants to be glorious and defend the country. She sounds like a child that doesn't understand how the world works. Raelle is a very unlikable character and they spend way too much time arguing about things that aren't really important. Also finding out that Scylla was Spree at the end of the first episode was not shocking in anyway. A lot of the characters appear one dimensional and I think that the writers have a lot to do in terms of development. I'm 8 episodes in and I still don't know much about Raelle so it just makes her all the more annoying when she goes off as she usually does. The show can still be great, it just requires some work on the part of the writers. Watching them bicker during a field training exercise is just the stupidest thing. I think that Tally is such a great character and she deserves more attention. P.S. The stomping is sooooo annoying

I know the show has a lot of positive reviews but I personally couldn't get past the fact that there were two 30 year old women playing middle school aged children. It was really cringe. I honestly couldn't make it to half of the first episode.
