Not too bad, but seems like a wasted opportunity. I could still say it's somewhat an achievement of a decent Hollywood touchy cinematography, visuals and vfx in a Bollywood movie that is pretty entertaining if you have loved those pirate & ships type movies. Okayish storyline, However if the script was better then this movie could have became a masterpiece. But currently this has nothing extra for your service bu you can still watch it in big screen if you have some free time for a decent adventure movie.

One of The best Video Game Movie Ever Made TBH! Before you totally disagree, see first of all there are not much great games based movies apart from Re series. Most of the game movies stuck between satisfy the fans and general movie watchers, but this movie actually satisfy both types of audiences time to time. From the intense survival and pain in the viewer's eyes scared from the events to beautiful natural scenes that we see in tomb raider games to Emotional touches that makes you think about the reason of everything about life. But later in the end, the plot kind of starts breaking, making you feel that it doesn't makes much sense sometimes. But other than plot holes, especially in the end, the overall screenplay is so fun to watch and makes you thrilled and stressed like you do in the video games. The game creates an alternate story based on TR 2013, which is a little unsatisfying but not soo bad. BUT it gets the game's essence so perfectly with the pacing and thriller that you just feel like you are just in it which at the end of the games intend to. Yeah the movie and lara herself is actually a very grounded version in compared to the game which was damnn cool but that villain ark was kind of meaning less, but still it was an overall very well done version of how Tomb raider would look in real life apart from still some unrealistic survivals to keep up with the game feel. I would say it's Actually a "Once in years experience" BECAUSE There aren't much movies covering the adventure genre and overall a fun an entertaining movie to watch that I loves soooo much and enjoyed overall

Although I love d the fast pace and and the way that movie, goes, it was an amazing thriller movie to watch but the biggest biggest issue I see was that they introduced a really interesting and charming vilian Jackson Ripnner and thanks to Cillian's acting and the way he portrays his character, but even after introducing such a good and witty villian we have no idea about who he was, why he was doing all this,etc. they didn't tell us anything about Jackson Rippner and that's the main problem of the movie that it was very much cliche and became totally predictable by the end, and yet no sacrifices,etc. So if they have given even a little efforts to the story writing, then it would have been a masterpiece but it's still worthwhile watching. And also very family friendly movie.
