It’s not this book it is the company. They have the worst customer service ever . You can’t talk to a person on the phone only email . They send you a generic message. Without express shipping it’s 8-11 days . Do I paid for express shipping and they tell me it’s 8-11 days . When you place your orders they don’t tell you it’s 8-11 days counting weekends and holidays. So why pay to make it seem your getting express shipping when there isn’t any . It’s the same 8-11 days . So be careful with the extra money you spend on shipping, because there is no guarantee on your express shipping, because it’s a scam for the extra money . I have messaged the company for a tracking number for a week and they still can’t provide it. They tell me the book will come after Christmas which is unacceptable. So if I don’t get a tracking number on the 23rd probably not on the 24or maybe , no delivery on Christmas. It pushes it back to tracking on 26th , so now I was told 27th one day for delivery highely unlikely. So as it stands I will update my review if I get it on time for Christmas. I gave it 1 star because you had to . I prefer a 0 rating
