This may be the worst movie I've seen in 5 years. I'm giving it 2 stars, as I like the Sci-Fi aspects of the story. Susan Sarandon is the worst villian I've seen in 20 years. She comes across as weak, yet pompous, arrogant and overconfident. Exactly as I imagine her to be in real life. The writers/director clearly tried to make the film stink of Mexican and professional white middle class stereo types as they could. They even wrote graffiti on a spaceship just to really dig into that point. Overall, the movie was so stupid, I think the actors struggled to even get into their scenes.
