SO disappointing! Richard’s books are fabulous, but this film is so not!! It feels like the pilot for a very sub standard Midsommer Murders (no offence intended to MM). Stellar cast, but what were you thinking?!! It looks wrong, feels very light or rather ‘hammy’ and in no way reflects the detail, humour or feeling of Richard’s books . No more please.

Fabulous film and a perfect blend of comedy & action!! Brilliant cast. My favourite Mr Ritchie film to date.

Stunning!! Emily Blunt & Chaske Spencer are mesmerising in this unmissable period drama. A stellar cast all round, but the two leading actors will take your breath away with their depth. Emily has always delivered, but this performance is her best to date! Only one episode to go of this absolute masterpiece.
