The town, atmosphere & characters feel a little like Harry Potter, Series of Unfortunate Events, Penny Dreadful, Monty Python. DavidTennant & Martin Sheen are masterful in their roles as evil & good. Mr Hamm is a really great lost confused Gabriel. M Richardson is a perfect Beelzabub. I laughed enjoying the high jinx, scenery, music, energy. costumes & the story. I enjoyed the sarcasm, the hyperbole & basic story so much. There are teaching moments.
