I was perplexed by this movie and a few days later, I remain that way. Its an absolute tsunami of emotions, and one truth remains, there are countless ways to view any occurrence. I found it troubling that the group could not come together on deciding how the intense beatings of one of their members by her spouse, should be handled. And the fact that a 4 yr old was raped is sickening. It is terrible that this group of women has no recourse for punishment of their abusers, that their cult had set no rules. And it’s a religious sect. It is good to see a group of women discussing together an important decision, and all could speak, whether there was agreement or not. Worth seeing because the acting is so strong.
