This album was honestly one of the wildest trips for me in K-pop. It was so refreshing to see the wide variety of genres showcased in Eyes Wide Open, and they all got me hooked nonetheless. The title track was absolutely addicting, with its grounded beat layered with the synth and lots of variation between verses and the chorus. Although they have used a retro style, which isn't at all new, they present it flawlessly, adding their own unique twist and thus redefining their concept. Twice has proudly proclaimed that they have fully entered a new era, proving how far they've come from their debut and how many hardships they have endured for Once.
