I have been trying to get my money back for days for a movie that never played (technical difficulties). They keep saying they can't honor the request because it's after the time the movie started? It never started, the cinema told us us 1:50 pm that it would not be showing. This has been very stressful. I bought 3 tickets with fees $45+. I will never use them again.
