It's weird, it's creepy, it's disgusting. It's also gripping, thrilling, stomach churning and unmissable. You can't take your eyes off certain scenes, no matter much you want to. It reinforces your deepest fears about the class-system and aristocracy. Barry Keoghan is magnificent.

As an action film, it's fine - classic over the top Hollywood stuff. As a film based on real events it is offensively inaccurate, verging in disrespectful. The capture of the enigma machines did not need to be Americanised.

I was utterly gripped throughout - a really excellent film. Just go and see it!

Interesting film taking you on a real journey - some excellent acting, beautiful cinematography and unlike any film I've seen before. Reason for 4 stars (not 5) was more down to my own failures - I felt there was a subtext to the plot that I didn't quite 'get'. I watched this the day before Everything, everywhere, all at once. They wouldn't be more different. This is better.

Boring. Didn't care about the characters, didn't care about the plot, 20mins of inane chatter about a donut and then idiotic fight scenes for no reason. I curled up for a nap during the last 20mins and I've never seen a cinema empty as fast as when this ended - people couldn't wait to get out of there.

A genuinely good fun action movie - Bob Odenkirk is the excellent. Wildly unrealistic, but intentionally so, with a soundtrack reminding you this film is a young boys imagination, not interested in Bourne-film grit and realism.

Having watched the second half of season 2 I have down graded my review - more average acting and still a script that insists on spelling out the bleeding obvious - but now the characters are infuriatingly repetitive and all seem to have 5mins of impassioned speeches per episode.

Really excellent TV. Having just suffered through two seasons of 'Shadow & Bone' this was a revelation - acting, script, plot, characters and character. Loved it.
