Saw your spot on RFK jr. today. Had a small farm in South Jersey for 30 plus years. Raised five kids there and we regularly had deer that were road kill (had to be very fresh). I butchered them myself. My daughter wanted to name our farm "Roadkill Acres." If done properly, it provides excellent fare and is not weird to use what "nature provides."
