Pile are the type of band where every member is a craftsman of their instrument. Green and Gray is no exception to this, it weaves a story of all the emotions someone can go through when it comes to depression. Anger, regret, self loathing but most importantly acceptance. It's an album that feels personal to the musician, and as a result becomes personal to the listener.
