Percy’s acting was good and that’s about it. I’m not sure what’s more disappointing the show or the movies. The fact the show was supposed to be super accurate and they changed a ton makes this the most disappointing show ever. They made Grover snitch on Percy which never happens they made Gabe’s personality completely different from the books. They didn’t even attempt to make ms.dodds scene similar. They changed sally completely. In the books a huge character arc of hers was as her son became his own self she also finally became independent and got rid of Gabe. The show takes a completely different route making her a strong independent woman who’s some type of cool mom. They also gave Percy riptide in his fight with the Minotaur which takes away from the whole significance of person killing it without any training or WEAPONS. They made annabeth reveal who Percy was also. I could literally go in for basically the entirety of the show. To summarize the show is interesting if you just looking for a show but people acting like it’s book accurate is a complete lie if you wanna watch it go in as a original type show but not the book series show.
