I was excited to see Master on screen after so long and not a horror movie. I know Lawrence Master is big on taking care of the elderly parents, which is a good message. But he doesn't truly understand the struggles of fellow Indians who are working abroad. First, it's not like all the those NRIs are abroad because they don't care about their parents. They go because it's better paying job and they could send more money to the parents. Even parents encourage it when its hard to get local jobs. And because of visa issue, they can't come as they please to take care or bring their parents abroad easily..and even there, parents don't like living there because there's no help like India and limited places to go when kids are working. And not all homes are bad. Some parents even like the fact they could spend time with other older parents and chat. Yes old folks are badly managed, but do it like retirement homes like in Europe and US, where they have individual place, community and family time with children. The movie exaggerated so much just to give a generic message about taking care of elerderly parents. Please suggest solutions and alternatives in your movies then saying "don't do it".
