I've always loved Selena, and this series brings back the great memories of her music and the original hit movie starring Jennifer Lopez. While the series retells the same story portrayed in the movie, the series focuses on the many details that the movie simply could not cover in two hours. It gives more insight into the dynamic of the Quintanilla family and other band members. The actors are talented and engaging, and they're portrayal of the band and Selena's music and stage presence is highly entertaining. My only criticism is that I would love to see more music, please! This is a must-see for any Selena fan.
