This has to be one of the worst pieces of anime I've seen in quite awhile. The characters have stale personalities that are complimented by dry lines and voice acting. The very beginning where the protagonist stands there disassociating while his friends and family are murdered and eaten made me so confused. The story in the first few episodes is practically non-existent. Whatever people tell you about there being something redeeming here they are deluded and wasting their lives watching this absolute garbage. Each and every character is a trope and only unforgettable by virtue of being badly written. I am currently palming my face thinking about this bad anime. This anime is how men in their early 20's idealize cooking while also eating literal garbage.
